Shipping and Tracking Your Order :-

You can track your order in track order page. If you need more detailed help with tracking your package, please contact customer support.

Deliver Information: –

If no one is available at the address when delivery is attempted, delivery partner will make two delivery attempts on consecutive days. If two delivery attempts are unsuccessful your package will be returned to us and consecutive delivery attempts will be on chargeable basis. Date of delivery is subject to availability of product.

VIP Systems is not liable for any delay in delivery by the logistics partner and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company within 2 working days from the date of the order and payment.

Delivery of all home delivery orders will be done to the Shipping Address or last mile of Transport mentioned while placing the order and should reach you in a maximum of 2 to 7 business days. However, there may be unforeseen reasons where your delivery may get impacted & delayed.

VIP Systems will be charged for Shipping/Logistics/Transport in addition to the price shown at the time of placing the order.

VIP Systems is no way responsible for any damage to the order while in transit to the buyer.

While we shall strive to ship all items in your order together, this may not always be possible due to product characteristics or availability.

Please note all items (including free items) will be shipped with an invoice mentioning the price, as per Indian Tax Regulations.
